温肺止咳颗粒联合西药治疗冷哮的疗效及对患者细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察温肺止咳颗粒联合西药治疗冷哮的临床疗效及对患者白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)和干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年10月南通市中医院治疗的冷哮患者60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗、二羟丙茶碱治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用温肺止咳颗粒治疗。结果:对照组有效率为73.33%,治疗组有效率为93.33%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后INF-γ水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后IL-4水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论:温肺止咳颗粒联合西药治疗冷哮,能改善患者临床症状,调节患者血清IFN-γ和IL-4水平。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Lung-Warming and Cough-Stopping Granules combined with Western medicine on interleukin-4(IL-4)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ).Methods:A total of 60 patients with cold asthma treated in Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol and dihydroxypropyl theophylline,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Lung-Warming and Cough-Stopping Granules on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,and that of the treatment group was 93.33%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of INF-γin the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of IL-4 in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion:In terms of cold asthma,Lung-Warming and Cough-Stopping Granules combined with Western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and regulate the levels of IFN-γand IL-4 in serum of patients.
