沙参麦冬汤加减联合常规西医疗法治疗气阴两虚型肺癌42例

摘　　要：目的:观察沙参麦冬汤加减联合常规西医疗法治疗气阴两虚型肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将84例肺癌患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组给予常规西医治疗方案进行化疗及放疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予沙参麦冬汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、卡氏评分改善情况及治疗前后中医证候积分、免疫功能(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为66.67%,对照组有效率为42.86%,两组患者有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+水平低于本组治疗前,观察组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组KPS改善率为47.62%,高于对照组的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤加减联合常规西医疗法可改善气阴两虚型肺癌患者的临床症状,提高患者免疫力及生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Radix Adenophorae seu Glehniae and Ophiopogon Decoction in combination with conventional Western medicine therapy on lung cancer with qi-yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 84 lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment plan for chemotherapy and radiotherapy,while the observation group was given Modified Radix Adenophorae seu Glehniae and Ophiopogon Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of Karnofsky score and changes of TCM syndrome score and immune function(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+)levels were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 66.67%,and that of the control group was 42.86%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that of the same group before the treatment,and the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD3^+and CD4^+in the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).KPS improvement rate of the observation group was 47.62%,which was higher than 21.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Radix Adenophorae seu Glehniae and Ophiopogon Decoction in combination with conventional Western medicine therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of lung cancer patients with qi-yin deficiency syndrome,and enhance their immunity and quality of life.
