摘　　要：目的:观察中药塌渍联合远红外线照射治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法:将90例甲状腺结节患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组给予基础治疗,治疗组采用中药塌渍联合远红外线照射治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后甲状腺结节大小及甲状腺功能[促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(thyroid peroxidase antibody,TPOAb)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(thyroid globulin antibodies,TGAb)]水平变化情况。结果:治疗组临床有效率及中医证候有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后甲状腺结节小于本组治疗前,且治疗组治疗后小于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清FT3和FT4高于本组治疗前,TSH、TPOAb、TGAb低于本组治疗前,治疗组治疗后FT3、FT4高于对照组治疗后,TSH、TPOAb、TGAb低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药塌渍联合远红外线照射治疗甲状腺结节,能够显著改善患者的临床症状及甲状腺功能,同时可缩小甲状腺结节。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM hydrotherapy in combination with far infrared radiation on thyroid nodule.Methods:A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the treatment group was additionally treated TCM hydrotherapy combined with far-infrared radiation.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of the two groups were observed.The changes of the size of thyroid nodules,the levels of thyroid functions including thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),thyroid globulin antibodies(TGAb)were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The clinical effective rate and TCM syndrome effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the thyroid nodule of the two groups was smaller than that before the treatment,and the thyroid nodule of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,serum FT3 and FT4 in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,TSH,TPOAb and TGAb were lower than those before treatment,FT3 and FT4 in treatment group were higher than those in control group after treatment,TSH,TPOAb and TGAb in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,serum FT3 and FT4 in the two groups were higher than those of the same group before the treatment,TSH,TPOAb and TGAb were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,FT3 and FT4 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after the treatment,while TSH,TPOAb and TGAb in treatment group were lower than those in the control group after the treatment,an
