通络续骨汤对四肢骨折骨不连患者骨折愈合情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察通络续骨汤对四肢骨折骨不连患者骨折愈合情况的影响。方法:选择2016年1月至2019年12月本院治疗的四肢骨折骨不连患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组给予锁定加压钢板治疗,观察组给予通络续骨汤治疗。结果:观察组上肢肿胀消退时间、下肢肿胀消退时间、疼痛消失时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间低于对照组,骨痂形成评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床疗效比较,观察组有效率为96.00%,对照组有效率为76.00%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组骨折愈合疗效比较,观察组有效率为92.00%,对照组有效率为72.00%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通络续骨汤能促进四肢骨折骨不连患者骨折愈合,缩短肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合时间,改善患者临床症状。Objective:To observe the influence of Decoction for Dredging Collaterals and Connecting Bones on fracture healing in patients with nonunion of limb fracture.Methods:A total of 50 patients with limb fracture bone nonunion treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with locking compression plate,and the observation group was treated with Decoction for Dredging Collaterals and Connecting Bones.Results:The disappearance time of upper limb swelling,lower limb swelling and pain disappearance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the callus formation score was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group:76.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of fracture healing efficacy,the effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of the control group:72.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Dredging Collaterals and Connecting Bones can promote fracture healing,of patients with limb fracture bone nonunion,shorten swelling regression time and fracture healing time,and improve clinical symptoms.
