制附子粉贴敷三阴交穴治疗老年夜尿症35例

摘　　要：目的:观察制附子粉贴敷三阴交穴治疗老年夜尿症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2018年10月至2019年10月接收的70例社区家庭病床老年夜尿症患者,采用随机数字表法将其均分为研究组与对照组,每组35例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予制附子粉贴敷三阴交穴治疗。结果:研究组治疗后夜尿次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组有效率97.14%,对照组有效率80.00%,研究组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意率94.29%,对照组满意率74.29%,研究组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:制附子粉贴敷三阴交穴治疗老年夜尿症,能减少患者夜尿次数,患者治疗满意率高。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of prepared aconite powder for application at Sanyinjiao(SP 6)on senile nocturia.Methods:A total of 70 patients of senile nocturia in community family hospital bed in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with prepared aconite powder for application at Sanyinjiao.Results:After the treatment,the number of nocturia in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than that of the control group:80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of the control group:74.29%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of senile nocturia,prepared aconite powder for application at Sanyinjiao can reduce the number of nocturnal urine in patients,and has high treatment satisfaction.
