脐火疗法联合红外线照射治疗阳虚水盛型肝硬变腹水临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察脐火疗法联合红外线照射治疗阳虚水盛型肝硬变腹水的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年7月本院诊治的阳虚水盛型肝硬变腹水患者48例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组24例。结果:对照组给予利尿消肿、补充人血白蛋白、抗病毒等常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用脐火疗法联合红外线照射治疗。结果:观察组有效率为91.7%,对照组有效率为75.0%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肝功能指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脐火疗法联合红外线照射治疗阳虚水盛型肝硬变腹水,能改善患者肝功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of umbilical fire therapy combined with infrared radiation on liver cirrhosis ascites with yang deficiency and water excess syndrome.Methods:A total of 48 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites with yang deficiency and water excess type diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given diuretic detumescence,supplement of human serum albumin,anti-inflammatory and other conventional symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was additionally given umbilical fire therapy combined with infrared radiation on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%,which was higher than that of the control group:75.0%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the liver function index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of liver cirrhosis ascites with yang deficiency and water excess syndrome,umbilical fire therapy combined with infrared radiation can improve liver function and quality of life of the patients.
