摘　　要：胎动不安的发生是由于一种或几种病因引起圆运动运转失常而致,心肾不交,水润下者,火不交水而坎阳虚;火炎上者,水不济火而离阴弱。心火旺盛,肾水不足,心肾不济,肾失封藏,热迫血行,故胎动不安而见腰酸不适甚则阴道出血。中焦升降失常或脾胃气血不足,冲任不固不能养胎载胎,故妊娠期间小腹坠痛不适。顺应圆运动的规律,胎动不安可以分为脾肾两虚与血热两种常见证型。脾肾两虚证常取寿胎丸合胎元饮加减;血热证常取自拟清热安胎汤。From the perspective of circular motion theory in TCM,the occurrence of fetal turbulence is due to one or several causes of abnormal circular motion.If the Heart and Kidney are not reciprocated,either the Fire does not accompany the water leading to the Yang deficient or the Yin is weak due to the lack of Water.When Heart fire is vigorous and Kidney water is insufficient,Heart and Kidney harmony would fail and the storing Essence function of the Kidney would also be injured.Then the blood is forced by heat to run elsewhere so the fetal movement would cause backache and discomfort and vaginal bleeding.Disturbance of the middle Jiao or lack of Qi and blood in the Spleen and Stomach,the Spleen and the Stomach cannot be fed,so the lower abdomen pain and discomfort take place during pregnancy.In accordance with the law of circular movement theory in TCM,fetal dysfunction,Spleen and Kidney deficiency as well as blood Heat can be two common causes in syndromes:with Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome modified Shou Tai Pills combined with Tai Yuan Drink can be used in treatment;with Blood-heat Syndrome Qing Re An Tai Decoction can be used in treatment.
