摘　　要：灯盏细辛发挥心脑血管保护作用的成分以灯盏花素等黄酮类为主,主要通过抗氧化、抗炎、抗血小板聚集、舒张血管和保护神经元等发挥作用,临床多用于缺血性心脑血管疾病,并对病毒性心肌炎、心房纤颤、心力衰竭、高血压等具有较好的疗效。今后需进一步完善灯盏细辛的药理作用机制尤其是细胞和分子机制的相关研究,为药物研发提供新思路和新靶点。Dengzhan Xixin(Erigeron breviscapusin)has protective effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular components,mainly flavonoids such as breviscapine,which play a role mainly through anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,anti-platelet aggregation,vasodilation and neuron protection.It is mostly used clinically for ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and has good curative effects on viral myocarditis,atrial fibrillation,heart failure,hypertension,etc.In the future,it is necessary to further deepen and improve the pharmacological mechanism of Dengzhan Xixin(Erigeron breviscapusin),especially the related research of cell and molecular mechanism,to provide new ideas and new targets for drug research and development.
