摘　　要：人与自然相应,针刺疗法调治人体局部病变,应从天人合一、阴阳调和的原则出发,使人气从之,万物由之。不寐是人体阴阳不交、阳不入阴、个体不顺应自然规律所致,在选穴处方上应用方氏头针治阳,腹四针治阴。四针中,中脘为天,天枢(左右两侧)为开启人体的枢纽,关元为地。此外,还需要根据性别、症状的不同进行配穴。在特色针法方面,讲究刚柔相济、循序进针,使选穴处方与特色针法相得益彰。Human beings correspond to nature.Acupuncture therapy should follow the principle of pursuing harmony between man and nature and harmony of Yin and Yang,so that people and everything can be agreement with nature.Insomnia is caused by the body′s imbalance beween Yin and Yang,hence the failure of Yang entering into Yin,or the individual′s noncompliance with the laws of nature.Fang′s scalp acupuncture is used to treat Yang and four-abdominal acupuncture is used to treat Yin.Among the four needles,the Zhongwan Acupoint is the sky,the Tianshu(left and right sides)is the hinge for opening the human body,and the Guanyuan Acupoint is the ground.In addition,it is necessary to match points according to gender and symptoms.In terms of characteristic acupuncture methods,the combination of rigidity and softness is emphasized,and acupuncture is introduced step by step,so that the prescription for selecting points and the characteristic acupuncture methods complement each other.
