急救和生命支持类设备在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中的医院感控方案

摘　　要：在新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情中,急救、生命支持类医疗设备作为COVID-19危重症患者的重要生命支持手段之一,但急救生命支持类设备及其相关配件在使用中与患者有密切接触。为了避免病毒传播,造成院感问题,规范的呼吸机、监护仪、输注泵、除颤仪及其相关配件的清洁消毒尤为重要。本文根据新型冠状病毒的特点,例如对紫外线和热敏感,56℃ 30 min,乙醚,75%乙醇,含氯消毒剂,过氧乙酸和氯仿等脂溶剂均可有效灭活病毒,氯已定不能有效灭活病毒等,总结出一套急救生命支持类设备有效的清洁消毒方案。该方案能够在一定程度上减少院内新冠病毒的传播和感染,对院内感染的预防控制起到积极作用。随着对新冠病毒的深入了解,探讨更多有效的消毒方法,对控制疫情有积极效应。In the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), first-aid and life-support medical devices are one of the important means of life support for critically ill COVID-19 patients. However, first-aid life-support devices and related accessories have close contact with patients during use. In order to avoid virus transmission and hospital infection, it is particularly important to clean and disinfect ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, defibrillators and related accessories. According to the characteristics of SARS-CoV-2, such as sensitive to ultraviolet ray and heat, 56℃, 30 min, ether, 75% ethanol, chlorine-containing disinfectant, peracetic acid, chloroform and other lipid solvents could effectively inactivate the virus, while chlorine-containing disinfectant cannot, this paper summarized a set of effective cleaning and disinfection scheme for emergency life support equipment. The program could reduce the transmission and infection of SARS-CoV-2 in hospital to a certain extent, and play a positive role in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. With the in-depth understanding of SARS-CoV-2, more effective disinfection methods will be explored, which will have a positive effect on the control of the epidemic.
