摘　　要：目的研究瓦里安Novalis Tx医用电子直线加速器碳纤维治疗床对放疗剂量的影响。方法采用等中心SCD100 cm照射,X射线能量为6 MV,每个射野机器跳数设置为100 MU,改变机臂角度,让高能X射线从不同角度穿透治疗床,使用电离室测量吸收剂量,计算出对应的衰减因子。结果从测量结果来看,床板连接处衰减因子最高达49.52%,主床板衰减因子最高达8.91%,延长板衰减因子最高达5.76%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床工作中照射野应避开床板连接处,TPS中应导入治疗床模型以便修正治疗床剂量衰减的影响。Objective To study the effect of carbon fiber couch of Novalis Tx medical electron linear accelerator on radiotherapy dose.Methods Isocentric SCD100 cm irradiation was used.The x-ray energy was 6 MV,the hop number of each field machine was set to 100 MU.The Angle of the machine arm was changed to allow high-energy X-rays to penetrate the treatment bed from different angles.The absorption dose was measured using the ionization chamber,and the corresponding attenuation factor was calculated.Results According to the measurement results,the attenuation factor of carbon fiber couch plate joint was up to 49.52%,the attenuation factor of the main couch plate was up to 8.91%,and the attenuation factor of the extended couch plate was up to 5.76%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical work,the exposure field should avoid the bed plate connection,and the treatment bed model should be introduced in TPS to correct the effect of dose attenuation on the treatment bed.
