摘　　要：通过对最近我院7D型电动洗胃机所发生故障的类型和部件进行统计,对我院鱼跃7D型电动洗胃机的部件组成、控制电路执行、洗胃机工作流程进行分析,从中对常见故障、高故障率部件的原因进行详细分析。尤其对故障率最高的电磁泵进行系统研究,对其工作原理、接线方法、发生故障的类型以及故障处理进行了分析。为该型号的电动洗胃机的日常维护提供了依据,同时对该型号电动洗胃机的日常维护方法进行了探讨。Based on the statistics of the failure types and components of the 7D electric gastric lavage machine in our hospital recently,the component composition,control circuit execution and the working process of the 7D electric gastric lavage machine in our hospital were analyzed,from which the causes of common failures and high failure rates of components were analyzed in detail.In particular,the electromagnetic pump with the highest failure rate was systematically studied,and its working principle,wiring method,fault type and fault treatment were analyzed.This paper provides the basis for the routine maintenance of the electric gastric lavage machine,and discusses the routine maintenance method of the electric gastric lavage machine.
