摘　　要：口腔颌面锥形束CT已广泛地应用于口腔医学的临床诊断,然而在实际的应用中由于图像后处理质量受到处理技术人员的主观因数的影响,也直接影响锥形束CT图像的评价和对疾病的准确检出率。本文从前期拍摄准备、扫描参数的应用、后处理软件的运用等方面进行细致的探讨,指出了获取优质锥形束CT后处理图像及其在口腔临床中的应用方法,并在实用病例的诊断中对比实验,证明了本方案的可靠性。Cone beam CT(CBCT)has been widely used in clinical diagnosis of stomatology.However,in actual applications,the quality of image post-processing is directly affected by the subjective factors of processing technicians,and is also directly affected.The evaluation of CBCT images and the accurate detection rate of diseases are given.This article discusses in detail from the aspects of pre-shooting preparation,application of scanning parameters,post-processing software,etc.,points out the acquisition of highquality CBCT post-processing images and its application in oral clinic,and compares experiments in the diagnosis of practical cases,Proved the reliability of the program.
