摘　　要：目的探讨45例肺结核合并多脏器结核患者的影像表现,总结其发病率及特征性表现,以期提高肺外结核的诊断符合率。方法对临床确诊的45例肺结核合并多脏器结核的临床资料及影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果肺结核合并两个其它脏器结核7例,合并三个其它脏器结核20例,合并三个以上其它脏器结核18例。肺外结核中发病率最高者为肝脾结核(27.7%),CT平扫表现为粟粒、结节状低密度影,增强扫描为结节状强化或轻度环形强化。结论不同脏器结核均具有一定影像特征,结合肺部结核病史可提高诊断符合率。Objective To investigate the imaging manifestations of 45 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with multiorgan tuberculosis,and summarize its incidence and characteristic manifestations,so as to improve the diagnostic compliance rate of extrapulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Clinical data and imaging data of 45 cases with tuberculosis complicated by multiorgan tuberculosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 7 cases of tuberculosis complicated with two other organs,20 cases complicated with three other organs and 18 cases complicated with three or more other organs.The highest incidence of extrapulmonary tuberculosis was liver and spleen tuberculosis(27.7%).Plain CT scan showed miliary and nodular low-density shadows,while enhanced CT showed nodular enhancement or slightly circular enhancement.Conclusion The tuberculosis of different organs has certain imaging characteristics,and combining with the history of pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate.
