西门子S2000超声诊断仪灰阶超声与实时超声弹性成像联合诊断甲状腺结节的价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨灰阶超声与实时超声弹性成像西门子S2000超声诊断仪联合诊断甲状腺结节的临床价值。方法本次纳入对象200例,均为我院收治,入组时间2018年1月~2020年1月,均确诊满足甲状腺结节标准。分组方式为电脑随机数法,每组100例。两组均用西门子S2000超声诊断仪诊断,其中对照组单用灰阶超声诊断,而观察组除了对照组方案,还加用实时超声弹性成像。记录与对比两组诊断结果。结果观察组甲状腺结节病变在结节性甲状腺肿、滤泡性腺瘤/癌、乳头状瘤等病变类型上诊断结果均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺结节应用灰阶超声与实时超声弹性成像西门子S2000超声诊断仪联合诊断,相比单一灰阶超声诊断,可明显提高诊断准确率,值得应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of gray-scale ultrasound(GSU)combined with real-time ultrasound elastography(RTE)Siemens S2000 ultrasound diagnostic instrument in the diagnosis of thyroid nodule.Methods A total of 200 patients were included in this study,all of whom were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.All of them met the criteria for thyroid nodules.The grouping method is computer random number method with 100 cases in each group.Both groups were diagnosed with Siemens S2000 ultrasonic diagnosis instrument,among which the control group was diagnosed with grayscale ultrasound only,while the observation group was also diagnosed with real-time ultrasound elastography in addition to the control scheme.The diagnostic results of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results The diagnosis results of thyroid nodule lesions in the observation group were better than those in the control group in terms of nodular goiter,follicular adenoma/carcinoma,papilloma and other lesion types,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of GSU combined with RTE Siemens S2000 ultrasound diagnostic instrument in thyroid nodule diagnosis can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy compared with single GSU diagnosis,which is worthy of application.
