摘　　要：本文旨在探讨医院医用耗材供应链管理现状,为医用耗材的规范化管理提供相关建议。通过现场访谈、座谈会、设计查检表等调研方式方法,查找医用耗材需求环节、配送环节、仓管环节等各环节中存在的问题。针对医用耗材供应链各相关环节管理中存在的问题提出相应的整改措施。这些措施可优化医用耗材供应链流程,完善耗材管理制度,降低耗材使用成本,提高医院耗材精细化管理。This study aims to explore the current situation of medical consumables supply chain management in hospital,and to provide relevant suggestions for standardized management of medical consumables.We found out the problems in the links of demand,distribution and warehouse management of medical consumables by the methods of on-the-spot interview,forum and check list.In view of the existing problems in the supply chain management of medical consumables,the corresponding rectification measures were put forward.These measures can optimize the supply chain flow of medical consumables,improve the consumables management system,reduce the use cost of consumables,and improve the fine management of hospital consumables.
