常德市产业园区的低碳发展策略研究

摘　　要：随着低碳经济的发展,产业低碳化将成为未来全球经济发展的一个总体趋势。产业园区作为政府为实现产业发展目标而创立的特殊区位环境,应成为低碳经济发展的载体。根据常德市产业园区发展状况,提出了常德市产业园区的低碳发展策略。With the development of low-carbon economy,industrial low-carbon will become a general trend of global economic development in the future.As a special location environment created by the government to achieve industrial development goals,industrial parks should become the carrier of low-carbon economic development.According to the development situation of Changde industrial park,this paper put forward the low-carbon development strategy of Changde industrial park.
