聚合氯化铝检测的实验室内比对结果及分析

摘  要:为提高化验室人员检测水平,确保药剂检测结果的准确性和客观性,在实验室内开展对聚合氯化铝中Al2O3质量分数、盐基度、水不溶物质量分数的检测,采用z比分数法对数据进行分析。结果表明:Al2O3质量分数的|ZB|值在0.28~1.58,判定结果均为满意;盐基度的|ZB|值在0.18~1.58,判定结果均为满意;水不溶物质量分数的|ZB|在0.19~2.89。其中04号参加者的|ZB|值为2.89,存在一定问题,其他参加者均为满意。In order to improve the detection level of laboratory personnel and ensure the accuracy and objectivity of reagent detection results,mass fractionof Al2O3,basicity and mass fraction of water insoluble substance in polyaluminium chloride was detected in the laboratory.This paper analyzed the data with The z-score method.The results showed that the|ZB|of Al2O3 content ranged from 0.28 to 1.58,and the results were satisfactory;the|ZB|of basicity ranged from 0.18 to 1.58,and the results were satisfactory;the|ZB|of the mass fraction of water insoluble substance ranged from 0.19 to 2.89.The|ZB|of No.04 participant was 2.89,which had some problems.The other participants were satisfied.
