摘 要:基于1207工作面回采期间粉尘浓度大、喷雾洒水装置降尘效果差、静压水流失严重等技术难题,提出了“煤层交错迈步式钻孔注水+安装全断面自动循环防尘水幕+安装旋转泡沫抑尘装置”联合防尘技术。实际应用后工作面落煤点平均粉尘质量浓度下降至56 mg/m^3,运输顺槽平均粉尘质量浓度下降至39 mg/m^3,取得了显著应用成效。Based on technical problems such as high dust concentration,poor dust suppression effect of spray sprinklers,serious hydrostatic water loss during the stoping period of 1207 working face,this paper proposed the combined dust prevention techno-logy of"coal seam staggered stepping drilling water injection+installation of full-face automatic circulation dust-proof water cur-tain+installation of rotating foam dust suppression device".After practical application,the average dust mass concentration at the coal landing point of the working face dropped to 56 mg/m^3,and the average dust mass concentration in the transportation trough dropped to 39 mg/m^3,which achieved significant application results.
