摘  要:依据哈辛(Hashin)失效准则,编制用户材料子程序(UMAT)嵌入有限元软件(Abaqus)中,然后建立有限元模型,模拟胶合木梁顺纹剪切破坏过程及破坏形态,探索胶合木梁的受剪机理,分析加载方式、剪跨比、剪切面积等参数对胶合木梁顺纹受剪性能的影响。结果表明:加载方式为五点弯曲法时,更有利于检验胶合木梁的顺纹剪切破坏模式;剪跨比、横截面积越小时,越容易发生顺纹剪切破坏。通过有限元的模拟结果与理论公式计算结果对比,验证了本构模型的可行性。A subroutine UMAT embedded in Abaqus was wrote with Hashin failure criterion.A finite element model was established to simulate the shear failure process and failure form of glulam beams to explore the shear mechanism of glulam beams.Some parameters are analyzed,such as loading mode,shear span ratio and shear area,which can affect the grain lining and shear performance of gluewood.When the loading method is five-point bending method,it is more beneficial to test the shear failure mode of the glulam beams,and the smaller the span-to-span ratio and cross-sectional area,the easier it is to shear along the grain.The feasibility of the constitutive model is verified by comparing the simulation results of the finite element with the calculation results of the theoretical formula.
