摘 要:以环氧树脂(EP)作为基体,竹纤维(BF)为增强材料,通过偶联剂、润湿剂对环氧树脂进行改性处理,采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑成型工艺(VARTM)制备BF-EP复合材料,分析偶联剂和润湿剂对BF-EP复合材料力学性能及动态热力学性能的影响。结果表明:偶联剂添加量为3%时BF-EP复合材料力学性能达到最优,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、抗冲击强度分别为74.76 MPa、91.76 MPa、214.92 J/m,较未改性材料分别提高41%、33%、63%。偶联剂可使材料储能模量提高、损耗模量降低;润湿剂可明显降低材料损耗模量。利用扫描电镜、接触角测量仪、傅立叶变换红外光谱评价了偶联剂和润湿剂对BF-EP复合材料微观结构和界面性能的影响。结果表明:偶联剂和润湿剂均可降低树脂表面张力从而改善树脂浸润性;偶联剂可通过与树脂上羟基的缩合反应、与竹纤维的接枝反应使纤维与树脂微观界面间形成网状交联结构,进一步提升BF-EP复合材料的力学性能。Bamboo fibers/epoxy resin composites were prepared via vacuum assisted resin transfer mold-ing(VARTM)process.The epoxy resin was modified by the coupling agent and the wetting agent.The effects of coupling agent and wetting agent on the mechanical properties and dynamic thermo-dynamic properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that the mechanical prop-erties of the BF/EP composites are optimal when the amount of coupling agent is 3%.The tensile,flexural,and impact strengths are 74.76 MPa,91.76 MPa,and 214.92 J/m,respectively,which are 41%,33% and 63% higher than those of the unmodified materials.The coupling agent can increase the storage modulus of the material and reduce the loss modulus.The wetting agent can significantly reduce the loss modulus of the material.The effects of coupling agent and wetting agent on the microstructure and interfacial properties of the BF/EP composites were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy,contact angle measurement and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results show that both the coupling agent and the wetting agent can reduce the surface tension of the resin.The resin is infiltrated;and the coupling agent can form a cross-linking network structure between the fibers and the resin micro-interface by the condensation reaction with the hydroxyl groups on the resin and the graft reaction with the bamboo fibers,thereby for further improving the mechanical properties of the BF/EP composites.
