基于中医体质对腰痛宁胶囊适应证及方药组成的分析

摘　　要：腰痛宁胶囊具有消肿止痛、疏散寒邪、温经通络的作用,适用于以腰腿痛、关节痛及肢体活动受限为主要表现的腰间盘突出症、坐骨神经痛、风湿性关节痛等疾病。对于以阳虚、痰湿、血瘀为主要特点的现代人体质基础,其组方用药具有适用性广、针对性强的优势。本文将基于中医体质,就腰痛宁胶囊的应用体质分类及其组方用药的特色展开分析总结,阐述腰痛宁胶囊各中药成分及其对寒湿瘀阻经络之病机的药理作用。Yaotongning capsule has the effects of reducing swelling and relieving pain,dispersing cold pathogen,warming meridians and dredging collaterals.It is suitable for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,sciatica and rheumatic arthralgia,which are mainly manifested by low back pain,joint pain and limitation of limb movement.For the physical basis of modern people characterized by yang deficiency,phlegm-dampness and blood stasis,the prescription has the advantages of wide applicability and strong pertinence.Based on the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper summarizes the classification of the applied constitution of Yaotongning capsule and the characteristics of its prescription,and expounds the components of Yaotongning capsule and its pharmacological effect on the pathogenesis of cold-dampness and blood stasis in meridians and collaterals.
