女同性恋人群童年期不良经历对吸烟行为影响的中介作用

摘　　要：目的分析女同性恋人群童年期不良经历(ACE)对吸烟行为影响的中介作用。方法以自行设计的问卷通过微信或QQ等进行网络问卷调查,以SPSS Amos 21.0进行路径分析。结果共调查分析294名女同性恋者,55.8%有ACE,其中33.3%有虐待经历,24.5%有忽视经历,32.7%有家庭功能障碍经历。163人(55.4%)有抑郁症状,162人(55.1%)最近30 d内吸烟。ACE各维度(虐待、忽视和家庭功能障碍)之间显著相关(P<0.05)。虐待与抑郁(r=0.289,P<0.001)、忽视与抑郁(r=0.294,P<0.001)、家庭功能障碍与抑郁(r=0.154,P<0.01)、家庭功能障碍与吸烟(r=0.216,P<0.001)均呈正相关。路径分析显示,虐待(β=0.045,P=0.524)和忽视(β=-0.122,P=0.085)不直接影响吸烟行为,但是虐待(β=0.169,P=0.014)和忽视(β=0.178,P=0.010)可以增加抑郁水平,较高抑郁水平又可以导致吸烟行为(β=0.120,P=0.042),抑郁在虐待和忽视对吸烟行为影响中起完全中介作用,间接效果值分别为0.169×0.120=0.020、0.178×0.120=0.021。家庭功能障碍可以直接影响吸烟行为(β=0.206,P<0.001),但不通过抑郁起作用。结论女同性恋人群ACE各维度对吸烟的影响部分受到抑郁的中介作用。Objective To analyze the intermediary role of adverse childhood experience(ACE)on smoking behavior of lesbians.Methods The self-designed questionnaire is used to conduct online questionnaire survey through Wechat or QQ.SPSS Amos 21.0 is used for path analysis.Results A total of 294 lesbians were investigated and analyzed.55.8%of them reported ACE experience,33.3%of them reported abuse experience,24.5%reported neglect experience,32.7%reported family dysfunction experience.163(55.4%)had depressive symptoms;162(55.1%)reported smoking in the last 30 days.There were significant correlations among the dimensions of ACE(abuse,neglect and family dysfunction,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between abuse and depression(r=0.289,P<0.001),neglect and depression(r=0.294,P<0.001),family dysfunction and depression(r=0.154,P<0.01).Family dysfunction was positively correlated with smoking(r=0.216,P<0.001).Path analysis showed that maltreatment(β=0.045,P=0.524)and neglect(β=-0.122,P=0.085)did not directly affect smoking behavior,but maltreatment(β=0.169,P=0.014)and neglect(β=0.178,P=0.010)could increase the level of depression,and higher level of depression could lead to smoking behavior(β=0.120,P=0.042).Depression played a complete intermediary role in the influence of maltreatment and neglect on smoking behavior,with indirect effect values of 0.169×0.120=0.020 and 0.178×0.120=0.021,respectively.Family dysfunction can directly affect smoking behavior(β=0.206,P<0.001),but not through depression.Conclusion The influence of each dimension of ACE on smoking was partly mediated by depression among lesbians.
