摘 要:以硝酸银为银源,葡萄糖为还原剂,通过氨水调节溶液的pH值,在水热条件下成功得到银纳米粒子。银纳米粒子大小均匀,粒径大约为80nm左右,分散性良好。通过扫描电子显微镜表征研究了反应过程中表面活性剂、氨水用量等对于产物形貌的影响,获得银纳米粒子的最佳制备工艺。将银纳米粒子作为导电油墨填料用于柔性电子线路的制作,柔性线路导线性能良好,在弯折条件下仍能够稳定工作。说明银纳米粒子与柔性基底具有较好的粘附性,该工艺制备的银纳米粒子具有良好的导电性,其在柔性导电器件方面具备广泛的应用前景。Using silver nitrate as the silver source and glucose as the reducing agent, the pH value of the solution was adjusted by ammonia water, silver nanoparticles were successfully obtained under hydrothermal conditions. The silver nanoparticles have a uniform size and the size of nanoparticles is about 80 nm. The effects of surfactant and ammonia dosage on the morphology of the products were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Silver nanoparticles are used as conductive ink fillers on flexible electronic circuits. The flexible circuit wires have good performance and can still work stably under bending conditions. The results show that silver nanoparticles have good conductivity and have good adhesion with flexible substrate, which has a wide application prospect in flexible conductive devices.
