摘 要:镍基K38高温合金是用于航空发动机和燃气轮机的叶片材料。采用固体粉末包埋法,运用XRD、SEM/EDS等分析方法,在镍基K38高温合金表面进行了Al-Si共渗研究。结果表明:依据Al活度的不同可形成内扩散型和外扩散型两种涂层。其中,内扩散型Al-Si共渗涂层由NiAl和Ni2Al3相组成,并以Ni Al相为主。外扩散型Al-Si涂层由Ni Al相组成。在内扩散型Al-Si共渗涂层中,Al和Si的含量相对较高,而外扩散型Al-Si共渗涂层中Al和Si的含量相对较低。Ni-based superalloy K38 has been used as materials for blades and vanes in modern gas turbines. In this work, Al-Si co-deposition on k38 superalloy by powder cementation process were investigated by using XRD, SEM/EDS. The results show that according to the difference of Al activity, two kinds of coatings, internal diffusion type and external diffusion type can be formed. Among them, the internal diffusion type Al-Si codeposition coating is composed of NiAl and Ni2 Al3 phases, and NiAl phase is the main phase. The outer diffusion type Al-Si coating is composed of NiAl phase. In the internal diffusion type Al-Si codeposition coating, the content of Al and Si is relatively high, while the content of Al and Si in the external diffusion type Al-Si codeposition coating is relatively low.
