分步电解法去除废水中铬镍研究

摘  要:本文采用分步电解法,处理含铬镍废水,研究了电解电流、电解时间对铬、镍去除率的影响,得出最优工艺参数,先用300 mA电流电解废水20分钟,去除镍,然后用3 A电流电解废水5分钟,去除铬,在阴极沉积出纯铬镍。Step-by-step electrolysis method was used to treat chromium-nickel-containing wastewater.The effect of electrolytic current and electrolysis time on the removal rate of chromium and nickel is studied.The optimal process parameters were obtained.The wastewater was electrolyzed with 300 mA current for 20 minutes to remove nickel,then the wastewater was electrolyzed with 3 A current for 5 minutes to remove chromium and pure chromium nickel is deposited at the cathode.
