摘　　要：秦岭陕西段成矿地质条件优越,成矿作用发育,资源潜力巨大,所属的4个矿集区均发现了矿产地,并建成矿山企业。在国家相继出台的契合绿色勘查理念的技术政策推动下,借鉴国外绿色勘查经验,涌现出了一批典型案例;有关单位在小秦岭、凤太、汉中等3个勘查基地分别采取了特色鲜明的绿色勘查方法,取得了较好的绿色勘查效果;同时,从矿业权出让、应建必建、绿色矿山建设实施方案、绿色矿山报评、称号撤销、违约责任追究及处罚等方面践行绿色矿山建设相关政策,陕西省探索出“黄陵经验”和“凤县模式”。从绿色勘查流程、科技支撑、建设示范区、建立长效激励机制等方面给出了区内主要矿产资源绿色勘查开发建议。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the geological prospecting industry has been deepening the construction of socialist ecological civilization.The ore-forming geological conditions in Shaanxi section of Qinling Mountains are superior,and a number of ore deposits have been discovered in the four ore-gathering areas,and mining enterprises have been established.The miner⁃alization develops and the resource potential is huge.Under the promotion of the national technical documents conforming to the concept of green exploration and learning from the experience of foreign countries,a number of typical cases have emerged nationwide.The rele⁃vant units have adopted distinctive methods in Xiaoqinling,Fengtai and Hanzhong exploration bases respectively,and achieved better green exploration results.Meanwhile,Shaanxi Province has explored the"Huangling experience"and"Fengxian model"in terms of the implementation of green mine construction policies in terms of the transfer of mining rights,must-build mines,the implementation plan of green mine construction,the application and evaluation of green mine,the revocation of the title,the investigation and punish⁃ment for breach of contract,etc.Some Suggestions on green exploration and development are put forward from the aspects of green ex⁃ploration process,scientific and technological support,learning advanced construction demonstration area and establishing long-term incentive mechanism.
