摘 要:指出了旅游景区碳排放的测算与分析,是政府部门制定节能减排政策的前提与基础,也是定量评估旅游业对全球气候变化影响的依据。采用能源消费法,构建旅游景区碳排放测算维度,以低碳试点城市——池州市具有代表性的九华天池风景区为例,通过实地调研及相关研究成果的数据,测算出其服务、建设及管护碳排放量。结果显示:①服务碳排放量占总排放量的76.97%,其次为管护碳排放,建设碳排放量较小,占总量的2.81%;②在服务碳排放中,食宿碳排放量占比较高,达58.64%,其次为交通碳排放,占24.68%;③综合分析数据,提出节能减排、政府扶持与调控、培养低碳意识等具体建议,以减少碳排放量。The measurement and analysis of carbon emissions in scenic spots is not only the premise and foundation for government departments to formulate policies on energy conservation and emission reduction,but also the basis for quantitative evaluation of the impact of tourism on global climate change.Through the energy consumption evaluation method,the measurement of the emissions in scenic spots is constructed with Jiuhua Heavenly Lake Scenic Spot.A representative of Chizhou which is a low-carbon pilot city,is taken as an example.The emissions in sectors of service,construction and management are calculated based on field researches and relevant research findings.The results are as follows:①Followed by those in management,the emissions in service account for 76.97%of the total and those in construction are smaller,accounting for 2.81%;②In the service sector,food and accommodation emissions account for 58.64%,followed by transportation emissions accounting for 24.68%;③With a comprehensive analysis of data,specific suggestions are put forward such as energy conservation and emission reduction,government support and regulation,cultivation of low-carbon awareness,etc.in order to reduce carbon emissions.
