现代农业视角下青岛市土地整治对策研究

摘　　要：土地整治是现代农业发展中重要的一环,做好土地整治工作对农业转型升级、农民增收、农村发展具有重要意义,但当前土地整治中存在高标准农田重建轻管、现代农业市场需求与土地整治目标不统一、土地权属调整难、土地整治并未有效推动农业规模化发展、缺乏新型职业农民等一系列问题,本文以青岛市土地整治和现代农业发展现状为基础,有针对性地提出以下建议:建立健全项目管护机制、调动各方参与、强化土地整治监管、更新农民观念、培育新型职业农民等从而更好地促进相关工作的开展.Land renovation is an important part of the development of modern agriculture.Doing a good jobof land renovation is of great significance to agricultural transformation and upgrading,farmers’incomeincrease,and rural development.However,a series of problems such as high standard farmland with morefocus on construction but less management,inconsistency of modern agricultural market demand and landrenovation goals.difficult adjustment in land ownership.There are a series of problems.such as inconsistentremediation goals,not effective promotion in the large-scale development of agriculture,and lack of newprofessional farmers at present.Based on the status quo of land renovation and modern agriculturaldevelopment in Qingdao,this article proposes the following recommendations in establishing and improvingproject management and protection mechanisms,mobilizing all parties to participate,strengthening landrenovation and supervision,updating farmers’concepts,and cultivating new professional farmers topromote the development of related work.
