摘  要:通过对国内外4家企业生产的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)膜进行测试,观察PVB膜厚度、含水率、拉伸性能与表面纹路对其使用性能造成的影响。结果表明,厚度稳定性好且含水率低的PVB膜具有更高的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,这对提高玻璃的耐撞及吸能防护性能具有重要意义;厚度稳定性好的PVB膜表面纹路分布也相对更均匀。In this paper,four types of PVB sandwich films for automotive front shield glass were tested as model samples,and their thickness,water content,tensile property and surface texture were investigated.The results indicated that the sandwich films with good thickness stability and low moisture content had higher tensile strength and elongation at break.This is of great significance for improving the crash-resistance and energy-absorbing protection of the glass.Surface topographical study showed that the sandwich films presented a more uniform texture distribution at good thickness stability.
