摘　　要：王道坤教授临证注重固护脾胃,并提出"温补脾肾,防治大病""行气活血,安和五脏"学术思想,认为调气活血,使后天脾胃健运,气血和畅,气血津液生化有源,先天才能有所补,五脏安和,同时配合情志疏导、饮食指导等多种疗法。本文通过举隅临床圆机活法治疗痿证、干燥综合征及交节病医案,总结王教授治疗杂病经验。Professor Wang Daokun pays attention to strengthening the spleen and stomach in clinical practice,and puts forward the academic thoughts of"warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney to prevent and treat serious diseases"and"promoting qi and blood circulation to restore the five zang organs".He believes that regulating qi and activating blood circulation could make the acquired spleen and stomach healthy,qi and blood flow smoothly,qi,blood and body fluid have source,innate ability be somewhat tonified,and five zang organs peaceful.At the same time,various therapies,such as emotional guidance and dietary guidance are also adopted.This article summarized Professor Wang’s experience in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases by illustrating clinical cases of flaccid paralysis,Sjogren syndrome and seasonal alternation disease treated with flexble method.
