新建本科高校智库建设现状调查研究

摘　　要：以中国智库索引(CTTI)收录的新建本科高校智库为样本,通过网络调研法,对样本智库的类型、研究领域、成立时间、组织结构和人员组成、信息资源建设等基本情况进行了调研和分析,调研结果表明,目前我国新建本科高校智库建设比例低,尚处于初步发展阶段,在调查基础上初步总结了样本智库的建设经验及存在的不足,从服务定位、组织模式、管理体制和运行机制、信息资源建设等视角提出了促进新建本科高校智库建设的建议,为我国同类高校智库建设提供了借鉴和参考。Taking the newly-established local universities collected in Chinese Think Tank Index(CTTI)as the sam⁃ples,and through the network research method,this paper investigates and analyzes the fundamental state of the think tanks of these samples including their types,research fields,founding time,organizational structures and staff structures,and information resources construction,etc.,the results of which show that the proportion of the construction of think tanks in newly-established local universities is lower and is still in the initial stage of development,and based on the in⁃vestigation,preliminarily summarizes the experiences of and the existing shortcomings in the sample think tanks’con⁃struction,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of think tanks in newly-established local universities from the aspects of service location,organizational model,management system and operation mechanism,and informa⁃tion resources construction,etc.,to provid reference for the construction of think tanks of similar universities in China.
