基  金:基于FFT测量方法对不稳定工作状态设备的EMI测量研究(XMSJ201915)。

摘  要:CISPR 16-1-1标准中明确了基于FFT的测量方法也可用于EMI测试。FFT方法的扫描时间将比传统频域扫描的方法缩短几个数量级,但在实际测试中面对各种具有不同骚扰特性的样品,该方法的适用性如何?通过大量的测试分析,验证了基于FFT的测量方法不仅可以提高测试效率,同时应对各种特性复杂的骚扰都具有良好的测量精度和准度。CISPR 16-1-1 standard specifies that FFT based measurement method can also be used in EMI test.The scanning time of FFT method is several orders of magnitude shorter than that of traditional frequency domain scanning method,but in the actual test faced with various samples with different disturbance characteristics,what is the applicability of this method?through a lot of testing and analysis,it is verified that the measurement method based on FFT can not only improve the test efficiency,at the same time,it has a good measurement accuracy and accuracy for all kinds of complex disturbances.
