摘　　要：卫星应用技术已经应用在多个领域,高分卫星的高分辨率优势使其在智慧城市建设中发挥重要作用。通过高分卫星遥感关键技术进行研发,并构建高分卫星遥感数据资源中心,设计智慧城市高分卫星综合应用服务平台,对城市规划、城市交通、应急防灾、公共服务等多方面进行智慧化管理,推动高分应用的产业化发展,满足国家战略部署要求。Satellite application technology has been applied in many fields,and the advantage of the high-resolution of high-resolution satellite makes it play an important role in the construction of smart city.Through the research and development on the key technologies of high-resolution satellite remote sensing,the construction of high-resolution satellite remote sensing data resource center,and the design of integrated application service platform of high-resolution satellite of smart city,it makes intelligent management of urban planning,urban transportation,emergency disaster prevention,public services and other aspects,to promote the industrialization development of highresolution application,and meet the requirements of national strategic deployment.
