摘　　要：轴突生长抑制因子(Nogo)-B是网状蛋白家族4的重要成员,可在体内大多数组织中表达,分布于细胞内质网和细胞膜,在心血管疾病、肝脏疾病、恶性肿瘤、组织修复、炎症性疾病等的发生发展中起重要作用,可能与鞘脂类相关代谢疾病存在密切关联。鞘脂类在多种疾病的病理生理过程中均起到重要作用,但其与Nogo-B的关系尚不明确。近年来,随着对Nogo-B分子机制的认识逐渐加深,与之相关疾病的病理机制得到进一步完善,对Nogo-B与疾病关系的深入研究,有助于从根本上认识疾病,并发现新的诊疗靶点。Neurite outgrowth inhibitor-B(Nogo-B)is an important member of the reticuloprotein family 4,which is expressed in most tissues in vivo and distributed in the endoplasmic reticulum and cell membrane.Nogo-B plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases,liver diseases,malignant tumors,tissue repair,inflammatory diseases and many other diseases,and may be closely related to sphingolipid related metabolic diseases.Sphingolipids play an important role in the pathophysiological process of many diseases,but its relationship with Nogo-B is still unclear.In recent years,with the deepening understanding of the molecular mechanism of Nogo-B,the pathological mechanism of related diseases has been further improved.The in-depth study of the relationship between Nogo-B and diseases is conducive to the fundamental understanding of diseases and the discovery of new therapeutic targets.
