摘　　要：Netrin-1是一种由底板细胞分泌的可溶性蛋白,除了调控神经轴突生长外,还参与炎症反应,并在炎症反应中发挥了重要作用。Netrin-1在多种神经系统疾病的免疫炎症实验模型中发挥抗炎作用,在多发性硬化中,Netrin-1可以保护血脑屏障,抑制炎症反应;在急性脑梗死中,Netrin-1可以抑制神经元细胞凋亡、减小梗死面积以及改善神经功能缺损;在蛛网膜下腔出血中,Netrin-1可以减轻脑水肿、改善神经功能缺损;在阿尔茨海默病中,Netrin-1可以减少淀粉样蛋白β的生成并改善实验动物的记忆。Netrin-1 is a soluble protein secreted by basal cells.Netrin-1 not only regulates axon growth,but also plays an important role in inflammatory response.Netrin-1 plays an anti-inflammatory role in the experimental models of immune inflammation of various nervous system diseases.Netrin-1 can protect the blood-brain barrier and inhibit the inflammatory response in multiple sclerosis.In acute cerebral infarction,it can inhibit the apoptosis of neuron cells and reduce the infarct area and improve the nerve function defect.In subarachnoid hemorrhage,it can reduce the brain edema and improve the nerve function defect.In Alzheimer′s disease,it can reduce the amyloid proteinβand the improve memory in experimental animals.
