摘　　要：传统外科手术治疗阴囊疾病常导致患者术后疼痛不适及并发症,且超声、磁共振成像等传统检查手段对阴囊疾病的诊断存在局限性,导致一定的误诊率和漏诊率,因此急需一种新的、更加准确、微创的检查及治疗方法。随着微创泌尿外科的发展与临床实践的积累,阴囊镜作为泌尿外科的一项新技术应运而生。鞘膜腔作为阴囊内特殊的解剖结构,为阴囊镜检查提供了观察及操作空间,使其可以在直视下观察睾丸、附睾等阴囊内容物,为阴囊疾病提供了一种新的诊断及治疗方法。Traditional surgical treatment of scrotal diseases often leads to postoperative pain,discomfort and complications,and traditional examination methods such as ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging have limitations in the diagnosis of scrotal diseases,leading to a certain rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Therefore,a new,more accurate and minimally invasive examination and treatment method is in urgent need for the scrotal diseases.With the development of minimally invasive urology and the accumulation of the clinical practice,scroscopy as a new technology of urology came into being.As a special anatomical structure in the scrotum,the tunica vaginal cavity provides a space for observation and operation of the scroscopy,so that the contents of testis,epididymis and other scrotum can be observed under direct vision,providing a new diagnosis and treatment method for scrotum diseases.
