摘　　要：近年来支气管镜检查已成为确诊和治疗某些气道、肺和纵隔等呼吸系统疾病的首选方法。先进的诊断性支气管镜检查技术的出现,证明患者对支气管镜检查麻醉的需求不断增加,因此更加舒适的支气管镜检查对于疾病的诊断和治疗是必需的。传统检查方法是局部麻醉,患者易出现恐惧、焦虑,进而抗拒检查,在给自身和操作医师带来不愉悦体验感的同时,也不能达到检查的目的。而无痛支气管镜技术能有效克服这一缺陷,且随着麻醉药物的更新和麻醉技术的不断提高,无痛支气管镜检查已广泛开展。In recent years,bronchoscopy has gradually become the first choice for the diagnosis and treatment of certain respiratory diseases such as airway,lung and mediastinum.The advent of advanced diagnostic bronchoscopy technology proves the increasing demand of patients for bronchoscopy anesthesia,therefore more comfortable bronchoscopy is necessary for the diagnosis and treatment.Traditional examination is performed under local topical anesthesia,patients fear and anxiety may easily occur,which may result in resistance to the examination,bringing an unpleasant experience to themselves and the operating doctor,and failing to achieve the original purpose of the examination.The painless bronchial technique can be applied to effectively cope with these defects.With the update of anesthetic drugs the improvement of anesthesia techniques,the painless bronchoscopy has been widely applied.
