摘 要:瞬时受体电位香草酸通道1(TRPV1)是一种广泛分布于周围神经系统的多相感受器,能感受多种物理、化学信号的刺激,激活后可能参与体内多种病理生理机制的调节。TRPV1作为体内的一种痛觉传感器,主要参与痛觉信号的整合与传递。在周围神经系统中,TRPV1参与痛觉传导以外的机体功能调控,同时参与并影响机体代谢、体温调节的复杂机制,在尿路、气道、心血管等器官功能调节中发挥着重要作用。由于在周围神经系统分布的广泛性以及对多器官功能的生物调节作用,TRPV1有望成为治疗相关疾病的靶点。Transient receptor potential vanilloid-1(TRPV1)is a polymodal sensor widely distributed in the peripheral nervous system.Being sensitive to a broad array of physical and chemical stimuli,the activation of TRPV1 may be involved in the regulation of multiple pathophysiological mechanisms.As one of pain sensors in vivo,TRPV1 plays an essential role in the integration and transmission of pain signals.Besides,TRPV1 also works in the regulation of body function other than pain conduction in the peripheral nervous system,taking part in and affecting the complex mechanisms of body metabolism and body temperature regulation,playing an important role in the function regulation of urinary tract,airway,cardiovascular and other organs.Due to the extensive distribution in the peripheral nervous system and the biological regulation of multiple organ functions,TRPV1 is expected to become a target for the treatment of related diseases.
