浅析长链烷烃脱氢制备单烯烃工艺

摘  要:介绍了长链烷烃制烯烃的基本原理,分析了主反应的控制因素。从反应温度、液时空速、压力、氢烃摩尔比等因素研究反应工艺条件。长链烷烃碳数分布在C10~C13的条件下,较优的工业生产条件范围为:反应温度470~480℃,液时空速20~25 h-1,反应压力0.12~0.15 MPa,氢烃摩尔比6︰1~7︰1。该条件下可实现单烯烃10.8%~14.0%收率,副产物含量不超过3%。The basic principle of dehydrogenation technology from linear paraffins to olefins was introduced.The controlled factors of main reaction were analyzed.The process conditions with reaction temperature,liquid hourly space velocity,pressure,molar ratio of hydrogen to paraffins were researched.When the carbon numbers of paraffins were distributed over 10 to 13,the better plant conditions were obtained with temperature of 470~480℃,space velocity of 20~25 h-1,pressure of 0.12~0.15 MPa and molar ratio of hydrogen to paraffins of 6︰1~7︰1.The yield of olefins was 10.8%~14.0%and the content of by-products was below 3%under the better condition.
