摘  要:采用次氯酸钙氧化法处理次磷酸钠废水,分别研究了氧化初始pH、反应温度、次氯酸钙投加量、氧化时间以及沉淀终点pH对次磷酸钠氧化除磷效果的影响。结果表明:反应温度低于50℃时,酸性条件更有利于次磷酸钠的氧化;反应温度高于70℃时,氧化初始pH的影响不明显;次氯酸钙氧化除磷优选工艺条件为:反应温度30℃、氧化初始pH=3、氧化时间90 min,次氯酸钙按理论用量进行投加,氧化完成后,用氢氧化钙沉磷,沉淀pH=12。在优化工艺条件下,出水总磷能稳定低于0.5 mg/L,符合国家总磷排放标准。The sodium hypophosphite wastewater was oxidized by calcium hypochlorite,and then was dephosphorized by calcium hydroxide.The effects of initial oxidation pH,oxidation temperature,calcium hypochlorite dosage,oxidation time,and terminal pH of precipitation were studied respectively.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was lower than 50℃,acidic conditions were more conducive to the oxidation of sodium hypophosphite,however,the initial oxidation pH had no significant effect when the reaction temperature was higher than 70℃.The optimal reaction conditions for oxidization were oxidation temperature of 30℃,initial oxidation at pH=3,and oxidation time of 90 min.Calcium hypochlorite was added according to the theoretical amount.After the oxidization was completed,the phosphorus was precipitated with calcium hydroxide at pH=12.Under optimized conditions,the total phosphorus in the effluent was stable and below 0.5 mg/L,which met the national total phosphorus emission standards.
