工矿型城市的再工业化战略探寻——以萍乡市为例

摘　　要：工矿型城市在我国城市化进程中发挥过重要作用,但资源枯竭及其所引发的深层次矛盾制约了城市发展,因此,实施再工业化战略,培育新的经济增长点,优化和升级产业结构,实现转型发展是唯一出路。作为典型的工矿型城市——萍乡市实施再工业化战略为:一要充分利用和发挥萍乡的区位优势;二要处理好主导产业与辅助产业的关系;三要优化好区域间的产业布局;四要协调好各县域间的经济平衡发展;五要与萍乡经济社会发展总目标相一致。Industrial and mining cities have played an important role in China’s urbanization,but resource depletion and the subsequent deep-rooted contradictions have restricted the development of the cities.Therefore,the only way out is to implement a reindustrialization strategy,cultivate new mode for economic growth,optimize and upgrade the industrial structure,and realize transformation and development.Pingxiang,as a typical industrial and mining city,on its way to reindustrialization,should make full use of its geographical advantages,handle the relationship between the leading and auxiliary industries,optimize the industrial layout between regions,balance the economic development of counties,and be consistent with the overall goal of Pingxiang’s economic and social development.
