乡镇精准扶贫档案建设与管理之探析——以福建省芝山镇为例

摘　　要：乡镇的精准扶贫档案管理在见证扶贫工作过程、服务扶贫工作等方面起到了至关重要的作用。以实地调查搜集的案例和数据为支撑,阐述了基层地区精准扶贫档案管理的基本路径与效果,分析了芝山镇初期精准扶贫档案管理存在的问题;对芝山镇精准扶贫的档案管理工作提出改进意见,包括精准扶贫档案建设工作的规范化制度、强化精准扶贫档案工作人员的队伍建设等。Archives on targeted poverty alleviation in towns and villages contain primary source documents on poverty alleviation and related services.Based on information and data collected from field investigations,this paper first expounds the fundamental approaches and effects of the management of archives on targeted poverty alleviation at the grassroots level.It then proceeds to analyze the problems in the initial management of archives on targeted poverty alleviation in Zhishan Town.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the management of archives on targeted poverty alleviation in Zhishan Town,including establishing a standardized system and strengthening teambuilding for archive management personnel.
