基于系统耦合的商业步行街区空间活力定量研究——以大连市为例

摘　　要：城市商业步行街区的空间形态、步行流量与功能业态是影响商业活力的重要因素。以大连市为例,选取三个具有不同环境形态与功能定位的商业步行街区作为实证研究对象,运用空间句法,结合实地踏勘对商业步行街区空间活力定量研究。研究结果表明,商业步行街区的形态组构、业态功能同商业街区步行流量存在互为因果、互相促进的关系,良好的商业街区不仅在业态功能定位与结构配比上具有吸引力,而且在形态组构上呈现出较强的连通性与集聚性,能够在一定程度上影响交通流量分布,产生人流聚集的效应,进而影响到业态分布。The spatial form,pedestrian flow and functional form of urban commercial pedestrian street are the important factors affecting the commercial vibrancy.Taking Dalian as an example,three commercial pedestrian blocks with different environmental forms and functional orientations were selected as the objects of empirical research,and the quantitative study on the spatial vibrancy of commercial pedestrian blocks was conducted by using space syntax and field survey.The research results show that the form structure and business functions of the commercial pedestrian blocks have a mutual casual and promoting relationship with the pedestrian flow of commercial blocks.A good commercial block is not only attractive in terms of format function positioning and structure ratio,but also shows strong connectivity and agglomeration in form and structure,which can affect the distribution of traffic flow to a certain extent,produce the effect of crowds,and then affect the distribution of business.
