摘 要:传热系数修正系数是采暖区建筑采暖计算中考虑太阳辐射对围护结构热作用常用的理论计算方法,该方法以城市为单位将传热系数修正系数取定值,没有考虑到不同围护结构对太阳辐射热作用的差异性。本文引入室外综合温度并提出建筑综合传热系数来优化采暖计算,以西安地区典型民居作为研究对象,对比修正系数和室外综合温度两者采暖指标计算的差异性。结果表明,采用室外综合温度降低了非透明围护结构的传热量,同时提高了透明围护结构的传热量。因此,在用室外综合温度计算建筑物耗热量指标以判断该建筑物的节能性时,应尽量减少开窗,同时,采用室外综合温度能够有效考虑到围护结构在太阳辐射热作用中的差异性。The correction parameter of heat transfer coefficient is a commonly used theoretical calculation method that takes into account the thermal effect of solar radiation on the envelope structure in the heating calculation of buildings in the heating area.This method uses the city as the unit to set the correction parameter of heat transfer coefficient to a fixed value without considering the differences of different envelope structures in solar thermal effects.This paper introduces the outdoor comprehensive temperature and proposes the building comprehensive heat transfer coefficient to optimize the heating calculation.Taking the typical residential buildings in Xi’an as the research object,the difference in the calculation of the heating index between the correction parameter and outdoor comprehensive temperature is compared.The results show that the use of outdoor comprehensive temperature reduces the heat transfer of the non-transparent envelope structure,but increases the heat transfer of the transparent envelope structure.Therefore,the outdoor comprehensive temperature is used to calculate the building energy consumption index to weigh the energy efficiency of the building.The reduction of window opening and the use of outdoor comprehensive temperature can effectively take into account the differences in the envelope structure’s role in solar radiation heat.
