世界大学排名指标体系及对我国“双一流”建设的启示

摘　　要：ARWU、QS、THE和U.S.News当今世界四个最具权威性的大学排名指标体系某种程度上能综合反映世界一流大学的发展目标与基本特征,本文应用定量分析手段研究四大排行榜的指标体系,在此基础上进一步探讨世界大学排名指标体系对我国“双一流”建设的启示,包括:对待世界大学排名要有理性态度和正确定位;坚持内涵发展,提升大学声誉;着力改革体制机制,促进科研水平不断提升;引进和培养国际化人才,打造一流师资队伍;真正落实国际化战略,提升国际化办学水平。The four most authoritative university ranking index systems in the world today,ARWU,QS,THE and U.S.News,can comprehensively reflect the development goals and basic characteristics of world-class universities to some extent.This paper studies the index system of the four rankings by means of quantitative analysis,and further discusses the enlightenments of the world university ranking index system to the construction of"double world-class"in China.Including:we should have a rational attitude and correct orientation towards the ranking of universities in the world;adhere to the connotation of development and enhance the reputation of universities;focus on reforming the system and mechanism to promote the continuous improvement of the level of scientific research;introduce and train international talents to create a team of first-class teachers;truly implement the internationalization strategy and improve the level of international schools.
