摘　　要：提升政府依法应对重大突发事件能力是关系到党的长治久安,是坚持全面依法治国的重要体现,更是政府依法行政的要求,也有利于确保突发事件在法律轨道上科学地解决。我们要直面当前应对突发事件中存在的问题,通过加强政府各部门间的应急协作,增强政策的协同性,完善突发事件的相关法律法规,提升领导干部的应急处置知识和应急处置能力,来推动政府治理体系和治理能力现代化。Improving the ability of the government to deal with major emergencies according to law is related to the long-term stability of the party,an important embodiment of adhering to the overall rule of law,and a requirement for the government to administer according to law.Also helps to ensure that emergencies in the legal track of scientific solution.We should face up to the problems existing in dealing with emergencies at present,strengthen emergency cooperation among government departments,enhance policy synergy,and improve policies,and improve the relevant laws and regulations of emergencies.To promote the modernization of government governance system and governance ability.
