基于PLC的JD1A型电磁调速器在燃煤锅炉控制系统中的应用

摘　　要：针对JD1A型电磁调速器手动调速精度低、自动化程度不高等问题,可通过PLC进行改进,使其具备模拟量控制的功能。文中结合某工厂燃煤锅炉手动控制系统,引入PLC通过使用0~20mA模拟量信号代替JD1A型电磁调速器的电位器进行转速调节,提高了系统的控制精度和自动化程度。同时,PLC还可作为整个系统的控制器,将纯手动控制系统改造为全自动控制系统。The problems of JD1A type electromagnetic governor with low manual speed regulation accuracy and low degree of automation can be improved by PLC to enable it to have the function of analog quantity control.Combined with the manual control system of a coal-fired boiler in a factory,PLC is introduced to adjust the speed by using 0-20ma analog signal instead of the potentiometer of JD1A type electromagnetic governor,which improves the control precision and automation degree of the system.At the same time,PLC can also serve as the controller of the whole system to transform the pure manual control system into a fully automatic control system.
