摘 要:随着时代的变迁,高校辅导员的角色不断发生变化,职业素养要求也越来越高。探究新时期高校辅导员的角色定位和职业素养,为辅导员职业发展和考核指明方向,也为辅导员的选聘和培养提供依据。新时期辅导员具有思想政治向导、教育者、服务者多重角色。与之相对应,新时期辅导员的职业素养也包括政治素养、品德素养、能力素养、知识素养、心理素养、教育情怀等。其中最核心的、决定和影响辅导员职业发展前景的素养应包括政治思想品质、管理能力、教育情怀三方面。With the changes of the times,the role of college advisors is constantly changing,and the requirements on their professional literacy are getting higher and higher.This paper explores the role orientation and professional literacies of college advisors in the new period,and points out the direction for college advisors’career development and assessment,providing reference for the selection and cultivation of college advisors.College advisors in the new period have many roles such as ideological and political instructor,educator and service provider,etc.Correspondingly,their professional literacies in the new period should include the literacies in terms of politics,morality,competence,knowledge,psychology,and passion in education,etc.Among them,the core literacies that can determine and influence their career development prospects are as follows:political and ideological quality,management ability and passion in education.
