摘  要:硅微粉是高端环氧树脂灌封料中的一种重要填料。文章对日本、河南有色金源实业有限公司、国内三个地方产的800目硅微粉在高端灌封料应用中,粉体固化块的颜色和透明度、粘度、24h沉降三个技术指标进行了对比研究。得出结论,河南有色金源实业有限公司生产的800目硅微粉可以替代日本产的硅微粉,远远优于国内其它三个地方产的硅微粉。Quartz powder is important filler in high-end epoxy resin potting materials.In this paper,the color and transparency of curing blocks,viscosity and 24-hour settlement of these powder in the application of high-end fill⁃ing filled by sealing materials of 800 mesh quartz powder respectively produced in Japan,Henan Nonferrous Jinyu⁃an Industrial Co.,Ltd.and three places in China are compared and studied.It is concluded that the 800 mesh quartz powder produced by Henan Nonferrous Jinyuan Industrial Co.,Ltd.is better than the quartz powder produced in the other three places in China,and it can replace the quartz powder produced in Japan.
